There isn't a repository that I'm aware of, but folks are welcome to upload their songs to a file hosting service (Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) and share them here. 😊

The only thing that it requires, as far as I can find, is that the game category must have some form of content available for it as soon as the category's created.
Otherwise, it is subject to immediate deletion by the admins.

This is a great idea!
 
We might be able to use something like Bridge. Though I'm not sure how much we would need to tweak it for Donkey Konga. This is what the clone hero community uses to host charts. Though this is probably more work than setting up game banana

Based on the screenshots alone:
I don't think we need to worry about Video Background (because the background in question is the default video for Konga 2 and 3).
Change Forced Notes to Drum Roll, Tap Notes to Snare Rush, and Open Notes to Clap Rush.
Replace Solo Sections with Vocals, Change Lyrics to Inappropriate Lyrics, and replace difficulty image with something related to conga drums.

I don't think a song cover is necessary, but it is nice to have that option.
 
For an initial place I'd vote for game banana as that seems to be the most straight forward to get set up right away.

Ricerca would you want to get one set up? I haven't looked into game banana much, but can try and get it set up if you'd prefer.

Unfortunately, I don't have the skills to set up gamebanana, nor have I touched it in recent years.
Sorry to disappoint.
